What to Expect on Your First Visit
First and foremost, we will be on time. Your time is as important as ours. So please come at your designated appointment time, and if you have not yet filled out the paperwork, please come 15 to 20 minutes early. For your convenience, you can download these forms as PDFs from this page.
The first appointment is the initial evaluation. This and all subsequent treatments are one-to-one with the physical therapist. In most instances, you will be seen by the same therapist throughout your entire rehab process. We feel that this will give you the best continuity of care.
